The Boiler brings the first complete “Steam Kettle Cooking” concept to Southern California. Serving variety of “Southern Favorites”, with Cajun dishes such as Gumbo, Jambalaya & Creole dishes like Pan Roast, Bouillabaisse, as well as, other great dishes like Cioppino, and Shrimp Diablo! We cook our signature entrees, with unique jacketed steam kettles individually, right in front of the guests, at a bar style counter seating.
Steam Kettle Cooking uses high pressure steam to heat our kettles, an indirect heating method, which prevents our food from over cooking, thus allowing us to make dishes in perfection with consistency. Our food come alive with flavor as we tailor the taste of each entrée to your liking.
Other than Steam Kettle Cooking food, we have awesome New England-Style clam chowder, House Oyster and Cajun Calamari.
